Its objectives are to assist members in locating, restoring and maintaining their vehicles. To promote the use and enjoyment of driving their cars on well planned outings. To encourage social activities for members and their families. All makes and models are accepted regardless of age, but must be 40 years old or more to be eligible for club badges.

The club has a helpful library of technical books for members' use. A monthly club Newsletter is provided to members. Club Meetings are held on the Fourth Wednesday of each month at the Veteran Car Clubrooms, 1376 Old Cleveland Road, Carindale at 8.00 pm. Car owners and enthusiasts and all interested in the old car movement are welcome.

Membership entitles you to receive the "Vintage News" monthly newsletter and to partake in all club activities and qualify for "Concessional Registration" for vintage vehicles. It is not necessary to own a vintage vehicle to join the club, alternately, there is no limit to the number of vehicles you may register with the club.
